In Rob Lamothe's studio in Canada yesterday with Native brothers Adrian Harjo and Logan Staats doing some pow wow meets rock n roll drumming and singing.
I have a song on this new record that I'm working on that has a chant that is a bit like the Alarm or The Clash...We recorded that same war cry but Native style for the opening and it was mighty powerful.
When we edit the song together and cut from the big Pow Wow drum intro into Foo Fighter Taylor Hawkin's drums that are in the song it's gonna blow minds!
